One search finds content across Cube and your connected services. Companion works with the same files and apps, so you can work together or hand over a task and come back later.
Companion is the AI that works alongside you in Cube. It gets to know your projects and how you work, helping you think through ideas and put them into practice. It remembers previous work, so you don't have to explain everything again. It can also keep working on a task while you're away and let you know when the result is ready.
You can chat with Companion, but it can also work directly in Cube's apps, use connected tools, and carry out tasks in the background. When you invite it to see your screen, it can help with what you're working on. You can close the conversation and let it continue with a task.
No. You can connect your existing email accounts, cloud storage, calendars, and other tools. Your content stays in those services and becomes searchable through Cube. Companion can work with what you give it access to. You can also save files directly in Cube whenever you want.

Companion can support individual people or the whole team using shared knowledge. Everyone keeps their existing permissions and only sees content they have access to.
Your Cube runs in its own private environment in Switzerland, separate from other Cubes. Files you save in Cube stay there. Content in connected services stays with those services, and access is limited to the permissions you give. Your data is never sold, used for advertising, or used to train AI models.
